Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your Apps Pass through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access generally remains available through the current paid period.

Refund requests

Contact support@old-school-apps.com with your account email, payment date, and reason. We review requests case by case and return approved refunds to the original payment method.

Payment failures

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment. Premium access may be paused until the subscription is brought current.

Before launch, set the final refund window, statutory consumer-rights language, legal business name, and support address for your selling jurisdictions.
